Strawberry Granola Yogurt Bites

Omg you guys, this new snack I found is SO GOOD! Try it out, you’re gonna love it!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups yogurt (you can use Greek or regular, plain flavour or vanilla, or really I see no reason why you couldn’t use ANY flavour you like- mix it up!)
  • 1 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced (I used frozen)
  • 1/2 cup of granola

That’s all you need!

In a small bowl, or right inside the yogurt container if you want to save on dishes, add honey and mix into yogurt.

Side note: Aren’t my nails so puuurdy? I’m quite addicted to Jamberry now, because the nails actually last, despite mystay-at-home-mommy and dirty farm girl lifestyle, unlike nail polish. I do not sell Jamberry but if you want to try them out, my awesome rep Kristen would be very happy to help you! Check it out here.

And now back to the recipe!

Line an 8×8″ pan with aluminum foil. (If you decide to double this recipe, I’d definitely get into a bigger pan, like 9×13″, or else your chunks will get too thick to cut and/or bite).

Spread the yogurt/honey mixture into the pan.

Press in strawberries. Sprinkle with granola.

Stick it in the freezer for an hour or so, until it’s completely frozen. Then you can cut it up into chunks and store the chunks in a bag in the freezer (it takes up less space than the whole pan) and just grab and go bite sized pieces as much as you like. Or if you’re like me, every time you walk past the refrigerator!

These did not last long in our house! A huge hit with everyone!
